So I got a little too excited about my tattoo design and decided to get it earlier than planned, so without further ado, below is my tattoo that I got this afternoon at Tree City Tattoo is Stow, Ohio…awesome place and awesome tattooists!

I have very pleased with the finished product and couldn’t be happier…this tattoo really captures who I have become. After dinner this evening Patrick and I meet 4 others to run, all of which are bariatric patients. We did about 2.5 miles according to my FitBit. I didn’t end up going to my counseling appointment this afternoon because I felt like because I am doing so well that I didn’t need to see her this week, plus I am going to a support group she is running tomorrow afternoon, so I will see her at the end of the month for a private session. I am so glad that tomorrow is Wednesday, that means the work week is almost over! I am looking forward to the weekend, Saturday I am going to a Mary Kay event called “Muffins and Makeovers.” I get to learn some more advanced makeup techniques there. Then Saturday evening, I am making corned beef, Irish soda bread, cabbage, and potatoes for Patrick and my parents. I love corned beef and only ever have it on St. Patrick’s Day so I am looking forward to having it! I hope the weather is nice this weekend because it was super nice today! Once again, life is good.
